
Cancellation Policies

Delivering the best care to you is my priority, and that’s why I have a cancellation policy in place, and I kindly ask for your cooperation. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of $50.00 is required for all color services, this will be deducted from your appointment charges.
Deposits are charged when you book your appointment.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must contact me at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice you will be charged $1o cancellation fee. Your deposit will go towards your rescheduled appointment.
Late arrival
I’ve set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5-10 minutes early. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, I might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply ($10). Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for next appointment.
no-show policy
You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the 15 min grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will be required to provide another Deposit if you choose to rebook.
emergency situations
I allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client’s situation.
wedding policies
As stated in contract, the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited if you cancel after 30 days of signing this contract. You will be charged 50% of all contracted services if you cancel within the 60-day period before the wedding. You will be charged in full for any or all no shows or cancelling the day of your event. The Bride is also responsible for members of your party who fail to provide payment.
